DJ Higher was born and raised in Hollywood, CA and has been DJing since the early age of 15, where he made his debut in the Hollywood club scene well before he was legally supposed to be allowed entrance. Kicking off his career DJing for the Wayans brothers during the height of the hit comedy series In Living Color, Higher has provided entertainment for such A-list clientele as Ashton Kutcher (from that 70's show fame), rap mogul Jermaine Dupree, actor/musician Jamie Foxx, and many other top celebrities at the various nights for nightlife kingpins Bolthouse Productions. Known for his ability to rock the crowd, Higher is skilled at audience interaction and getting the party started with his exclusive brand of entertainment. While the Hollywood scene has brought him much success and spotlight, Higher has never left his underground hip hop and reggae roots, playing his favorites at his 7-year old party Chocolate Bar in Los Angeles on Saturday nights, and at countless Scion events since the inception of the Scion Metro several years back.
