Military Rebate

Scion thanks the men and women of the U.S. Military for their service and dedication to defending our country.

If you are a member of the U.S. Military with current active duty status or an inactive reservist, you may qualify for a $1,000 rebate towards the purchase or lease of a new Scion when financed or leased through a participating Scion dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). [1] The Military Rebate can now be combined with the Scion Pure Lease program or applied toward the purchase of a new 2010 Scion.

How to Qualify

Eligible customers must currently be on active duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and active Reserve). Inactive Reservists also qualify.

Verifiable proof of military status or proof of active service is required at time of purchase in the form of one of the following documentation:

02 Military Identification Card**

Qualified customers must receive a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments.
Retired Military Personnel are not eligible for the rebate.

[1] Rebate offered by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. Rebate will be applied on lease contracts, first toward the amount due at lease signing or delivery, with any remainder to the capitalized cost reduction, or toward the down payment on finance contracts. One rebate per finance or lease transaction. Rebate available on contracts executed from April 1st, 2010 through January 3rd, 2011. Rebate can not be combined with Toyota College Grad Rebate Program. Only available on new, untitled, Scion models. Some restrictions apply. Programs may not be available in all states and is subject to change or termination at any time. On approved credit through your participating Scion dealer and Toyota Financial Services. Not all applicants will qualify.

Similar Program available in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In all of those states, the $500 or $1,000 Military Rebate must be used as a down payment on retail installment contracts or as a capitalized cost reduction on lease contracts with Southeast Toyota Finance. Southeast Toyota Finance will issue a reimbursement check of $500 or $1,000 to the dealer for each Military Program Rebate issued (one Military Rebate per customer only). Customers must be in current active duty status in the U.S. military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard, and active Reserve). Verifiable proof of military status or proof of active service is required at the time of purchase. Retired military personnel are not eligible for the rebate. Offer ends on January 3rd, 2011. This offer is subject to credit approval by Southeast Toyota Finance. All other terms and conditions of the Southeast Toyota Military Rebate Program apply.

Any Toyota dealer in AL, FL, GA, NC, and SC will handle the approvals and paperwork on this program. In addition, your dealer can advise you about additional offers for which you may be eligible. The Military Rebate Program can be combined with some other offers, such as APR or lease offers. For more information, visit your local Toyota dealer.

Not all customers will qualify. Other lease terms and conditions are available. Offer based on MSRP of $16,420 for xD, $17,520 for xB, $18,620 for tC including delivery, processing and handling fee. Monthly payment may vary depending on final price of vehicle & your qualifications. Ask your dealer for availability of offers after these dates and for lease program details. Contracts must be dated between May 6th and September 30th, 2010. Not available in HI.
