Last month, we asked you to submit a proposal for your dream 2014 Scion tC build for the 2013 Scion Tuner Challenge. After sorting through all the entries we received, we’re now ready to show you the three builds we’ve selected to compete for the title at this year’s SEMA Show.
Our first builder, Josh Croll, is 24 years old and comes to use from rural southeastern Pennsylvania. Since childhood, Josh has been working on muscle cars with his father – a hobby that soon expanded into import cars like the 2014 Scion tC. He now works as the owner of his tuning shop, Croll’s Customs.
Walter Franco, the second builder selected for this year’s Scion Tuner Challenge, comes to us with a background in Transportation Design. Representing the Pacific Northwest by way of Seattle, Walter enjoys building track bicycles and building his transportation lifestyle brand, NAMSAYIN.
The third and final builder, Young Tea of Southern California, is perhaps best known as the co-founder of FRS86 – a lifestyle brand build around the Scion FR-S community. As an automotive product specialist for the past 15 years, he’s passionate about cars inside and out.
